[Ed note 23-Jan-01, if you want write access to the Runtime repository
 and have an account on lesser-magoo, you should use
   -d :ext:<username>@lm.lcs.mit.edu:/home/cananian/Harpoon/CVSROOT
 in the 'cvs checkout' command instead of the given -d flag
 (which checks out a read-only version via pserver). ]
